| I want to try to look for new materials which I
had few experience to use for my dish in new
work place IzuKawana.
And satisfaction of our guest is our pleasure.
I want to share such feeling as many as possible
with our guest. |
For our guest, I want our restaurant to be a
restaurant for the special day or "The Day".
I aim to have pleasant atmosphere for both our guest and us
to make "The Day" unforgetable and full of the impression. |
Working with grand chef Ishizaki gives us a good
opportunity to take us to higher level.
I would like to create a new dish for our guest
and hope to provide fantastic moment.

I believe that through the hard work and many kind of experiences, we will be able
to provide better dish. Nasukougen is located on the
mountains. IzuKawana is seaside. Please enjoy the good
points of the both restaurant. |
